Savory Hubs
We are a global network of
50 Savory Hubs across 30 countries on
6 continents.
We believe that empowering and equipping farmers to do their best work is most effectively accomplished through fellow community members who know the local land, climate, markets, and culture. Savory Hubs are local learning centers that offer services to support their local farming, ranching, or pastoralist communities, tailored to their specific needs.
1.
Holistic Management Training
Hubs offer a range of Holistic Management educational opportunities, including weekend workshops, field days, week-long intensives, virtual courses, and one-on-one support.
2.
EOV Land Monitoring
For those not needing management support – or perhaps not yet aware – Hubs provide EOV land monitoring services to measure the health of their landscape’s ecological function.
3.
No two Hubs are alike and offerings vary based on location, but generally they include tangential services like consulting, organizational design, eco-tourism, supply aggregation, and more.
Fjällbete - Sweden
For 20 years, Jörgen Andersson has been the driving force behind Fjällbete, a farm in Undersåker, Sweden with a mission to close the gap between the land and its people. As the learning site for the Savory Hub in Sweden, Fjällbete is facilitating a Nordic network for regenerative agriculture and helping people explore their “caring capacity” as farmers and community builders.
Hubs are Integral in Savory's Mission
Trained and Equipped to Create Impact
Savory Accreditation
Through an 18-month onboarding process of intensive training and mentorship, Savory Hubs become best-in-class community organizers. With access to Savory’s curriculum and programs, they are then able to create the conditions for change in their local farming community.
Unique impact models
Savory Hubs are independently owned, independently operated, and no two Hubs are alike. Each operates a unique impact model tailored to the specific needs of the local community in which they operate.
The power of a network lies in the connections amongst nodes. The Savory Global Network of Hubs are supported not just by the Institute, but by each other, sharing their learnings, resources, business opportunities, and more.
“Working within the Savory Global Network alongside so many wonderful practitioners and professionals has brought our regenerative journeys forward and is supporting healthy communities to emerge.“
Leon Bucher, German Hub for Land Regeneration
“A foundation of successful Holistic Management is continuous improvement. As a Hub, the Savory Institute has offered so many opportunities to learn how to empower our network to regenerate land and communities.”
Dana Penrice, Holistic Management Canada
